Navigating BigChange

This article will introduce you to the key features of BigChange, and how to find them.

Dashboard 

The default homepage for BigChange is known as the Dashboard. It provides a real-time view of activity in your business.

The Three-line Burger menu menu_24dp_5F6368_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.png allows you to toggle to full screen, including job and vehicle views on the Dashboard.

Search Box

The Search box allows you to quickly find what you are looking for from different areas of the system. As soon as you begin typing in the dialogue box, filter options will appear.

  • Enter your search to display a list of answers.
  • Select the relevant option from the list.
  • Use tick box filters to focus your search if you know the type of information you are looking for.

Favourites and Recents

Favourites 

The Favourites icon allows you to add the current view to your bookmark list.

  • The star icon at the top right of your screen contains all your bookmarks for easy access.
  • Bold type indicates company favourite views; regular type indicates your personal saved views.
  • Choose whether to save the view just for your user login or for everyone.

Recents 

The Recents icon shows your recent page visit history.


Schedule

The Schedule shows both scheduled and unscheduled jobs for the period displayed. You can see which resources have jobs assigned, including job details such as date and time, location, duration, and progress.

Stock and Equipment

Stock and Equipment contains item names, quantity, selling price, location, and additional information such as model number.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

The CRM is the main information hub for your business. It contains details for all your contacts, notes, and financial documents. It also has a knowledge base for sharing important documents, ideas, and policies.

Fleet and Resources

Fleet and Resources stores details of all schedulable employees and vehicles within your business.

Messages

Messages allows you to send, receive, and view messages for both individuals and groups. Messages can be sent to various devices, including phones, tablets, and laptops.

Alerts

Alerts are where alerts are created and viewed. They are useful for reminders, warnings, and actions to be completed.

Analytics and Reporting

Analytics and Reporting is where you access all the business intelligence features of BigChange, including system and compliance reports and data visualisation dashboards.

Map

The Map shows the current location of all your vehicles and resources. You can also use it to display additional searches, such as contacts or jobs.

BigChange Extra & Network

Accessed by selecting the 9 dot menu icon apps_24dp_5F6368_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.png for BigChange Extra contains information about BigChange Fleet, Fuel, and Dashcam services. You can also access the BigChange Network from this menu.

Help Centre & System Status

The Help Centre contains support articles, documents, and videos to help you make the most of BigChange. For personalised or urgent assistance, contact our Support team via the telephone number provided or by submitting a support request via the Help Centre.

A system status page provides important system performance updates.


Account Settings

Represented by your name initials, Account Settings, contains your personal profile settings, allowing you to tailor specific things on your personal version of BigChange, such as your email address. You can also adjust default formats within the system, such as date display, unit format, or language settings.

If you are an administrator, this is where you access all admin settings.


BigChange Success Centre

The BigChange Success Centre is your one-stop source of information. It includes in-app walkthrough guides, sign-up for upcoming events, and important announcements.
