What are Keywords in BigChange?
Keywords in BigChange are the building blocks of the template and are similar to the merge fields in other applications, such as the Mail Merge feature found in Microsoft Word. Keywords act as placeholders for dynamic content that changes frequently. For example, instead of writing “Dear Mr Smith” in a document, you would use the Keywords for “Title” and “Last Name” to automatically populate the correct information for each recipient.
