What is Closed BETA

This feature is in early stages of development, whilst we are excited for you to use and share your feedback. 

PLEASE NOTE - We highly recommend that you use a test site or dummy data when using this feature.

If you encounter any issues or have any feedback, you can reach out directly to the Product Managers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Scheduling subsection lists all services for each asset based on their due date frequency.

Viewing Service Details

  • Select a service from the list to view more details in a side window, including:
    1. Status of the service.
    2. Asset reference
    3. Due Date 
    4. more ref numbers what are these?
    5. Site name
    6. Location at site
    7. Timeline of events.
    8. Log an attempt
    9. Mark as complete

Logging an Attempt

  • Select "Log an Attempt" to open a popup and add details:
    • Date
    • Time
    • Linked job
    • Resource
    • Reason drop down list. (No access, Unable to locate, Failed risk assessment, Parts required, Condemned)
    • Comment
    • Add attempt

If an attempt is looged it will add the details to the side window. You will notice that the status will remain as outstanding.

 

Marking as Complete

  • Select "Mark as Complete" to log a successful service with details:
    • Date
    • Time
    • Linked job
    • Resource
    • Reason (No access, Unable to locate, Failed risk assessment, Parts required, Condemned) leave blank if service has been complete.
    • Comment
    • Mark as complete

Schedule statuses

  • Outstanding
  • Overdue - x number of days
  • Complete
  • Complete (yellow triangle)
