This feature is in early stages of development, whilst we are excited for you to use and share your feedback. 

PLEASE NOTE - We highly recommend that you use a test site or dummy data when using this feature.

Sites represent the locations where assets are stored. The Sites list, lists all sites with created assets. Sites must be in your CRM to create an asset against them, serving as an inventory of assets at each customer site.

Main Sites List View

  • Quickly view sites with assets.
  • Each site displays the number of assets it contains.

Individual Sites List View

  • Select a site to view its individual list of assets.
  • Filter assets by:
    1. Category
    2. Status: Inactive or active
    3. Condition: Unknown, Failed/Near failure, Fair, Good

Select an asset to open its record card, where you have the ability to:

    1. View its status.
    2. Edit asset.
    3. Delete asset by select 3 dots.

Creating a New Asset

To add a New Asset

  • In the Sites subsection, select the blue "New Asset" button to add a new asset.

Any fields that are optional will have (Optional) next to it otherwise they are mandatory.

(1) - Asset Information

  • Customer Reference: This can be a customers own internal refrence number.
  • Barcode: Enter the barcode of the asset if required.
  • Category: Select from the pre-populated list.
  • Manufacturer:
  • Model:
  • Manufacture Serial Number:
  • Date of Manufacture:
  • Date of Installation:
  • Date of Last Service:

(2) - Status:

  • Active or Inactive (Dropdown list)

(3) - Contact:

  • Search: Type in contact name to start search and then select from a list of contacts.
  • Location: Specify the location within the building if required.

(4) - Condition

  • Condition: Select the current condition of the asset.
    • Good
    • Fair
    • Failed/Near Failure
    • Unknown

(5) - End of Life

  • End of Life Date:

(6) - Warranty

  • Expiry Date:

(7) - Save

  • Once saved, your asset will be assigned a unique ID.
  • Edit the asset by selecting "Edit Asset."
  • Delete the asset by selecting the three dots and choosing "Delete Asset."
