Adding stock items to a job in BigChange is a crucial step for ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are accounted for. This guide will walk you through the process of adding stock items to a job, ensuring that you have everything you need for successful job completion.
Understanding Stock Item Requirements
- Stock items must exist on the contact where the job is going to take place.
- Only serialised stock/equipment can be added to a job.
Accessing the Job
- Open the job you would like to add stock items to.
- Navigate to the Stock & Equipment tab.
Adding Stock Items
The stock items must exist in on the contact where the job is going to take place in order to be able to add to a job.
Open a job you would like to add stock items to.
- Select the Stock & Equipment tab
- Select + Add stock items
This is only available with serialised stock/equipment.
- This tick box allows you to select all the stock items.
- Select multiple but not all stock items.
Once you have selected the items you want to add, select the Add icon. This will then add all the selected stock items to the job.
