This means we are now part of a global company committed to providing you with the most relevant and effective solutions for your specific business needs. We’re excited to welcome the BigChange customer community of over 2,000 high-growth businesses to the Simpro Group family, as Simpro Group continues to address the growing marketing demand for customer-centric solutions that combine choice, adaptability, and innovation.

Below, we've answered some common questions to help you understand how this acquisition impacts you and your business.


1. What is Simpro Group?

2. Why did Simpro Group acquire BigChange?

Simpro Group acquired BigChange to accelerate our ability to offer the most innovative solutions to field service management businesses. BigChange’s field service management software complements our existing offerings and further establishes Simpro Group as a comprehensive field service management software provider in the UK.


3. What does this acquisition mean for me as a customer?

We are committed to the continuity and continuous improvement of your experience as a BigChange customer. As Simpro Group grows, we can offer more comprehensive, tailored solutions for field service businesses while continuing to deliver improvements and innovation for each platform.  


4. Will there be any immediate changes to the products I use?

There will be no changes to your current products or services in the near term. You can continue using our platform as usual. Over time, we will evaluate opportunities to enhance the BigChange product offering with new functionality, where it makes sense, in addition to our continued investment in the product roadmap.  


5. Will Simpro Group integrate BigChange and Simpro Software?

At present, both solutions will remain separate. We will explore how to innovate across our solutions in the long term.


6. Will my pricing change?

Your pricing will not be impacted by this announcement, and will follow our standard practices. If there are any changes to pricing in the future, we will communicate these changes with ample notice, ensuring full transparency.


7. Are BigChange Customer Support & Customer Success teams being affected by the changes?

Your current support and customer success teams will remain in place, and we remain committed to providing excellent customer service and support. We will continue to evolve and leverage best practices across Simpro Group companies.


8. What if I am a BigChange and Simpro Software customer?

If you currently use products from both companies, your experience will remain consistent. If changes occur in the future, we will communicate these changes well in advance.


9. How will this acquisition affect the roadmap for BigChange?

The acquisition strengthens our commitment to delivering on our product roadmap. Investments into both the BigChange and Simpro Group roadmaps will continue, and we will identify product areas that can be strengthened by leveraging each company's expertise. We will continue to provide regular updates on any changes or additions to the BigChange roadmap through the Success Centre and your customer support team.
