Downloading the BigChange (JobWatch) App

This article provides a step-by-step guide to downloading the BigChange app on your mobile device. 

Downloading the App

To download the BigChange app, follow these steps:

• Visit the App Store on iOS or the Play Store on Android.
• Search for "BigChange JobWatch".
• Select the app and choose "Get" or "Install".

The first time you open the app, you will need to enter a serial key to tie the app to your company instance of BigChange, followed by your driver ID.

The first-time logging into the app can take several minutes, as it synchronises the settings to those that have been created on your BigChange system. You will notice a Blue bar, indicating that the app is synchronising. Please leave your device idle until this completes.
