BigChange Express is a new Open BETA progressive web app designed to replace the legacy JobWatch Express app.

The JobWatch Express app is no longer supported and will not receive any updates or enhancements and will be removed from the Play and App stores in June 2024. 

This new app provides a better user experience, meeting the latest technical and security standards, while offering the same functionalities for monitoring vehicles and jobs on the move.

What is Open BETA

Open Beta means that these features are still in the testing phase, and we've made them available to you for early use. While we believe they are functional and exciting, they might not be completely polished yet.

By using these features, you can help us make them even better! You might encounter some quirks or unexpected behaviour. Your input is incredibly valuable, and we welcome any feedback and suggestions you may have during this phase.

How do I access the new BigChange Express?

BigChange Express can be accessed by visiting https://express.bigchange.com You can use your web user email and password to access the app.

Does BigChange Express have any additional charges?

No, BigChange Express can be accessed using your existing web user email and password. For additional web user licences, please contact your customer success representative.

How do I download BigChange Express on my device?

BigChange Express can be added to your home page through your browser. There is a prompt in the navigation to help you download the app, or a popup when you have logged in. Please note, not all browsers support the progressive web app download prompt, but you can add the page to your home screen by visiting the settings in your browser and adding to your home screen.

I have used my web user email and password, but the app doesn’t seem to load anything?

BigChange Express requires your web user role to have visibility of vehicles. Please check that your role has access to vehicles and jobs to ensure you can access the information that BigChange Express provides.

I have set up restrictions for my web users, will BigChange Express ensure they only see the information that I want?

Yes, BigChange Express will respect the web user restrictions that you have set up. For example, if you have set up vehicle group restrictions for a particular web user, they will not have visibility of these vehicles when they log into the app.

If BigChange Express is a replacement app for JobWatch Express, can I continue to use JobWatch Express?

Troubleshooting common issues

Login Issues:

App Performance:

  • Slow Loading: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Clear your browser cache if necessary.
  • App Crashes: Restart your device and try reopening the app. Ensure your browser is up to date.

User Interface Issues:

  • Display Problems: Ensure your device's software is up to date. Adjust your browser settings if necessary.
