Logging into the Booking Site

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to login the BigChange Booking Site, after you have been granted access to it.

Creating a password for the Booking Site

Once you have been granted permission to access the Booking Site, you will receive an email containing your login details, and a link to create a password. By selecting this link, you will be directed you to a form where you can set your password. After saving your new password, a confirmation popup will appear. 

Logging in to the Booking Site

To login to the Booking Site, enter the site's address into your browser and enter your credentials into the relevant fields.

Understanding the your access in the Booking Site 

The appearance of the Booking Site, and information displayed within it, is dependent on the options selected during the setup process. For instance, if all options ticked, you will have full booking site access, and all jobs will be displayed.
