Setting Up Pre-Defined Invoicing Items on the Booking Site

By making these items available on your booking site, you can streamline the invoicing process and improve customer experience.

Adding and Editing Predefined Invoicing Items

To set up pre-defined invoicing items, you first need to navigate to the correct section in your BigChange settings. Follow these steps:

1. Select the Profile icon from the top menu.
2. Select Admin Settings.
3. From the side menu, select "Financial", followed by "Predefined Invoicing Items".

To add new pre-defined Invoicing items, or edit existing ones, select "Add - Edit"

Making Predefined Invoicing Items Available on Booking Site

To make your pre-defined invoicing items available on your booking site, tick the checkbox "Available on booking site" when either adding a new item, or editing an existing one.


On your list view for pre-defined Invoice items, those that are available on the booking site are indicated with a blue tick in the right-hand column.


Viewing Predefined Invoicing Items on Booking Site

After setting up your predefined invoicing items, you can view them on your Booking Site. They will be displayed in the Options section.
