Hardware (Defit/Refit)

At BigChange, we understand the importance of providing our customers with a seamless and efficient service when it comes to the removal (defit) and refit of our tracking devices and Hardware. Our team of skilled auto electricians are always ready to assist you with this task. We encourage all our customers to use our Help Centre to request this service for a swift and hassle-free experience.

If you have a Tracker, Cradle or Camera, that you would like to be removed and/or re-fitted, select "Submit a Ticket" from the top menu navigation bar and choose the relevant option.

Defit/Refit Services

  • Defit Only. Removal of the tracking device from your vehicle/Vehicles.
  • Defit/Refit. Removal of tracking device and refitting into new vehicle/vehicles.
  • Refit Only. Refitting of existing tracking device into your vehicle/vehicles, customer should provide the tracker for engineer to refit.

Please note, for new installations where we need to supply and fit the tracking device, an order form must be sent. Please contact your customer success managers for this, as these requests cannot be processed through the Help Centre.
