Configuring NoTouch Signature Capture

Creating a Template

• Customers can create their own template for NoTouch Signature capture.
• The template will be optimised for display on a user's screen.
• Only one template can be assigned to this type at any given time.

Assigning the Template

• Select NoTouch signature capture confirmation in Usage.
• If no template has been added, the standard message will be displayed to customers.

Using NoTouch Signature Capture

Sharing the Link

• The mobile worker shares the signature capture link via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other app.
• The recipient can sign off remotely using the link.

Requirements

• Ensure you are running BigChange App version 5.10.1 on your Android device.
• For iOS users, an updated version of the BigChange App will be available shortly.
