In BigChange, you can set up a prompt warning to alert users when they attempt to schedule a job for a resource or vehicle that is not available. This guide will walk you through the steps to enable this feature in your account settings.

Enabling the Prompt Warning

  1. Select the profile icon in the top menu.
  2. Select "Admin Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select "Account", followed by "Account Settings"
  4. Scroll down to the "Schedule" section.
  5. Find the option "Show a confirmation prompt when scheduling a job for a resource or a vehicle not available."
  6. Change the setting to "Yes"
