Navigating to Account Settings

Accessing the Schedule Section

  • Select the Profile icon in the top menu.
  • Navigate to Admin Settings.
  • In the side menu, select Account.
  • Select Account settings.
  • Locate the Schedule section.

Configuring Keep Date and Time Option

Selecting Yes to Keep Date and Time

  • In the Schedule section, select the option for "Keep date and time when unscheduling jobs."
  • Select Yes to apply the changes.

When you unschedule a job with this setting:

  • The job will appear on the schedule with its original date and time.
  • If you drag the job to 'Unscheduled jobs' and view it, the time and date will be retained, but the resource will be removed.
