- Select the Account setting icon in the top menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Quick Links, select General Account Settings.
- Under Account Details.
- Add a URL of the desired quality and dimensions in the relevant field or select the upload an image.

Finding and Opening a Job Card
- Go to the Schedule and find a job that has been created.
- Select the job, then select Job Card.
Editing Job Card Content
- The right side of the screen displays a preview of the Job Card.
- The left side displays Content Filters, which allow you to edit what is displayed to the customer.
All filters have the option to hide the field from the job.

- Job Duration: Display the Actual or Planned duration for the job.

- Word and PDF: Download versions of the Job Card in these formats, which can be forwarded via Outlook or other email systems.
- Email: Send an in-system email to the customer, which will also keep a copy of the email in the “Messages” section of the job.
- Attach to job: This option will add a PDF as an attachment of the job card to the job.
Including Driving Duration After Job Completion
Configuring Driving Duration
- If the job type allows the resource to record driving duration after job completion, this duration can be included on the Job Card by selecting the relevant parameter.
- By default, this option will be excluded.
