Mark Jobs as Actioned En Masse & Add Customer Activity En Masse

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of marking jobs as actioned en masse and adding customer activities en masse in BigChange.

These features are designed to save you time by allowing you to update multiple jobs and activities simultaneously.

 

Mark Jobs as Actioned En Masse

Navigate to the Schedule [Top menu]

  1. Select the Display tab.
  2. List view and filter your jobs.
  3. Use the tickbox to select the jobs you wish to mark as actioned
  4. Once the jobs are selected, select the [icon] for Selected jobs.
  5. Select the Edit option.

Add Customer Activity En Masse

You can also add a customer activity to multiple jobs simultaneously through a bulk action.

To do this, select the Customer Activity checkbox and choose an activity from the dropdown menu. For example, you could select 'Confirmed' to mark all jobs as confirmed by the customer on the schedule, or 'Job card sent' to indicate that the job cards have been sent.
