Customising the CRM View

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to customise the column display in the BigChange Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature. By using the CRM contacts view, and selecting relevant data columns to display, you can customise the CRM interface, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Customising the List View 

To begin, select "CRM" from the top menu, followed by the "Contacts" tab.

Select the link "Columns"

A new window will appear, enabling you to select which columns appear across within the CRM contacts  view. Simply tick the check boxes next to a fields you wish to display, then select "Ok" to save your changes.

Customising the columns displayed in the CRM allows users to quickly and easily see the most useful and relevant contact information.
