Understanding Job Status Icons
On the Booking Site, different icons represent the status of jobs. For instance, jobs with a started (alarm clock) icon are on-going. When you open such a job, a Map icon appears. If live tracking is enabled, selecting this Map icon will show the exact location of your resource en route to the job.
Jobs with a tick in the status column, represent completed jobs.
Tracking Job Progress
To track the progress of a job (4), select the Job. Provided you have the necessary permissions, this action will open the job card and job progress page.
The job progress section will update live as things change, although you may need to refresh your screen to see the update.

Accessing Job Cards and Attachments
Selecting the Job Card (1) will download a PDF of the Job Card.
Please note, that this will not show your Worksheets as standard on the Booking Site. If you need help with amending your Booking Card Job Cards to show Worksheets, please contact the Support Team at BigChange.
Selecting the individual files listed in the Attachments (2) section will allow you to view any attachments added to the Job.
Viewing Financial Documents Related to Jobs
To view any financial documents raised against the job. select the individual documents listed under the Financial section.
