Understanding BigChange's Resources
In BigChange, resources are the people who use the system to complete jobs out in the field, usually using the BigChange app on a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. You can perform a variety of activities with resources, reducing administration and ensuring all information is stored in one place and is easily accessible.

Resource Permissions and Administration Access
Administrators decide what resources can and cannot access. It's crucial that administration rights are strictly limited.
From the top menu select "Account Settings", followed by "Settings". From the side menu, select "Web Users" and then "Roles".
Any role changes you make here will only affect resources that you have linked to a web user with the relevant role.
For more information about linking a Resource to a Web User, see article Creating a Web User – BigChange.
Exporting Resource List
To export Resources list, From the top menu select "Account Settings", followed by "Settings". From the side menu, select "Resources", followed by "Add - Edit" and finally "Export".
Select Resources from the Export popup; you will also see you can export Resource skills and Resource starting locations.
Columns to export are:
- ResourceID
- ResourceName
- ResourceReference
- ResourceCode
- LinkedWebuser
- ResourceMobile
- ResourceWorkingHours
- ResourceGroup
