Creating Absence Types in BigChange
BigChange allows you to create different absence types for better leave management. To set up an absence type, follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Admin settings
- From the side menu, select Resources
- Select Absence Types
- Select Add and complete the popup fields by entering an absence type, and choose a colour for flagging purposes.
- If you do not want the specific absence type to be deducted from the resources allowance, untick Deduct from allowance.
- Select Save.
