Vehicle Severities

  • Updated

This article provides explains the concept of vehicle severities and how to create and use them within BigChange to prioritise and manage vehicle defects effectively.

Understanding Vehicle Severities

Vehicle severities refer to the severity levels assigned to a defect relating to a vehicle. These severity levels help prioritise and manage issues based on their impact on the vehicle's operation, safety, and performance. The severity levels typically include categories such as Critical, High, Medium, and Low.

By categorising issues into different severities, fleet managers, mechanics, or maintenance personnel can prioritise their tasks effectively.
