Changing Read Alerts to Unread in BigChange

In BigChange, managing your alerts efficiently is crucial for staying on top of important notifications. This article will guide you through the process of changing a 'read' alert back to 'unread'.

Navigating to the Alerts Tab

1. Select the Alerts tab from the main menu.
2. By default, Unread Alerts will be displayed.

Viewing All Alerts

1. To view all Alerts, including read ones, use the filter options on the left-hand side.
2. Un-check the "Unread only" box to display the full list of Alerts.
3. Un read alerts will be displayed without a blue triangle icon.
4. Read alerts will be displayed without a blue traingle icon.

Changing a Read Alert to Unread

• Select a "read" alert from the list.
• Select the "Mark unread" icon.

Verifying the Change

• You will see the small triangle/exclamation mark icon reappear on the left side of the Alert's entry on the table.
• This icon indicates that the alert is now marked as unread.
