Navigating to Department Codes
Accessing Admin Settings
- Select the Account settings icon in the top menu.
- Select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Financial.
- Select Department Codes.
Adding Department Codes
- Select 'add' to add a new department code.
- Add a Code. (See you accounts software for department codes, if you use Sage or Xero for example)
- Add a Description.
- Select Save to store the new department code.
Editing Department Codes
- Select the department code you wish to edit.
- Select the edit icon.
- Update the necessary fields: Department Code and Description.
- Select Save to apply the changes.
