How to Mark a Quote as Not Accepted

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to mark a quote as not accepted in BigChange. This feature is particularly useful if you have selected the wrong quote by mistake or if a customer has changed their mind. Additionally, you can add a brief note or reason for the change if desired.

Accessing the Quotes Section

  • Navigate to the CRM in the Top menu.
  • Select Financial Documents in the side menu.

Locating the Specific Quote

  • Use the filter to find the specific quote you need to mark as not accepted.
  • You can filter by contact, document type, status, or other relevant details.

Marking the Quote as Not Accepted

  • Select the quote.
  • In the popup, select the "Mark as not accepted" icon.
  • Select the "Mark as not accepted" icon.

Adding a Note or Reason

  • After marking the quote as not accepted, you will have the option to add a note or reason.
  • Enter the brief additional note or reason in the provided text box.
  • Select "Ok" to confirm and save your changes.
