Understanding Pricing Options in BigChange

BigChange offers flexibility in managing pricing options. You can either add new line items to your selected jobs or override existing line items.

Adding New Line Items

Adding new line items to your selected jobs is a straightforward process. This option allows you to add additional charges or services to your jobs. Here's how to do it:

• Navigate to [Top menu] Schedule
• Select the group job you want to add line items to.
• Select jobs tab
• Tick the jobs you want to edit prices/add line to
• Select the Selected job (x) (icon)
• Edit prices

1. Add Item or Add predefined item
2. Enter the details of the new line item.
3. Click 'Save'.

Overriding Existing Line Items

Overriding existing line items allows you to replace current charges or services with new ones. Here's how to do it:

• Navigate to [Top menu] Schedule
• Select the group job you want to add line items to.
• Select jobs tab
• Tick the jobs you want to edit prices/add line to
• Select the Selected job (x) (icon)
• Edit prices
• Choose 'Override Existing Line Items'.
• Enter the details of the new line item.
• Click 'Save'.
