Configuring Inheritance of Payment Terms in BigChange

BigChange now offers an account settings option that allows you to specify if payment terms from contact parents are automatically inherited by ‘children’ contacts.

To choose whether or not payment terms are inherited by a child contact, follow these steps:

• Select the Account Settings icon in the top menu.
• Select Settings.
• Navigate to the ACCOUNT side menu.
• Select Account settings.

Configuring Payment Terms Inheritance

Scroll down to the Financial Section

• Look for the option labelled ‘allow inheritance of payment terms from contact parents’.

Setting Inheritance Option

To configure the inheritance of payment terms:

• Select ‘Yes’ to allow child contacts to inherit payment terms from their parent contacts.
