Locating the Help Button in the BigChange App
From the Dashboard, select the button on the right side of the screen, labelled "Help" to access support options. If you're in portrait mode, or using a smartphone, select the three-line menu in the top right of the app, to display the dashboard menu options.

1. If you wish to call Support but not from the device you are using, the support telephone number is displayed.
2. If your device has voice calling enabled (such as a smartphone or a tablet with Skype), selecting this button will connect you to Support.

3. Once you have spoken to Support, you may rate the call by selecting one of the stars.

4. If you do not wish to call Support or merely wish to ask a simple question, you may write a message.
5. Select the "Send" button.
