Viewing Historical Jobs using the BigChange App

In this article, you will learn how to view the historical jobs at a specified site using the BigChange app.

To view the historical jobs at a specific site, follow these steps:

From with the Job you are currently doing at the site, select the "CRM" button.

Select "Recent Jobs"

Once you have accessed the Recent Jobs option, you will see a list of historical jobs at the site.

1. The list displays the last time it was refreshed. If it needs updating, select "Refresh".
2. You will see the time and date the job took place.
3. The reference and job type will be displayed.
4. The outcome of the job, along with the name of the Resource and Customer, will be displayed.

By selecting a job, you can view the job details.
