Completing Worksheets using BigChange App

Learn how to complete worksheets using the BigChange app on a tablet or smartphone device.

Worksheets in BigChange are digital representations of the forms you would typically fill out during a job. These can include Risk Assessments, Delivery Notes, or Service Sheets. They are created in the system and can be accessed when opening a job.

Accessing Worksheets in the BigChange App

• Worksheets are attached to jobs and can be found when you open the job.
• There may be multiple worksheets that require completion.
• Some worksheets may need to be filled out before starting the job.

Filling Out Worksheets on the BigChange App

• To fill out a worksheet, select it from the "Job Details" screen.

• Often, you will see one question initially, but more questions may appear based on your responses.

• Depending on the worksheet, you may be prompted to take photos or obtain signatures.
• Once you have filled out the worksheet, select "Back to Job".
