View and Update Jobs in a Group using the BigChange App

Creating and managing group jobs in BigChange can streamline your workflow, especially when dealing with related tasks.

Jobs in a Group can be viewed and updated directly on the BigChange app. Where permissions have been granted,  you can opt to have specified activities replicated simultaneously across all jobs within the group to save time.

For example, a customer could provide one signature for all jobs in the group, or you could enable completion of the same Worksheet attached to multiple jobs in a group, where the answers to each are the same.

Viewing Group Jobs on the BigChange App

When logged into the BigChange app, you can view and manage group jobs allocated to you.

Identify Group Jobs

• Select the "Jobs" button from the "Dashboard" screen.
• Jobs allocated to you over a period set by your System Administrators (typically one to two weeks) will be displayed.
• In the "Jobs List View" Group jobs can be identified by stacked rectangle symbol under the status.
  
  
• Individual jobs can be updated as usual, or you can manage the entire group.
• Tap and hold to open all jobs in the group.
• All jobs that are part of the group will be displayed.

Updating Group Jobs on the BigChange App

You can complete various actions/updates on group jobs directly using the BigChange app on your device.

Individual Job Actions

• Actions such as "Accept" and "Start Driving" are displayed in line for individual jobs.

Group Job Actions

• To update all jobs within the group, select the relevant buttons in the section "Apply to all available jobs".
• Jobs can be accepted, driven to, started, and completed simultaneously.
• This is particularly useful if all jobs are at the same location.
