Adding Attachments and Files to Jobs using the BigChange App

Learn how to add attachments, documents and files to a job using the BigChange app on a tablet or smartphone device.

To add files and attachment to a job using the BigChange app, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Job Details screen (of the relevant job).
  • Select the "+" Icon.

  • From the menu that has now opened, select "Downloads"

  • A list of available files on your device will be displayed.

  • To select multiple files, tap and hold on a file to select it. You can select one or multiple attachments.
  • Once selected, the files will be highlighted in blue.
  • The number of files selected will be displayed on screen.

  • After selecting the files, they will be listed on the job's details screen.
