Adding a New Person to a Contact Using the BigChange App

When you arrive at a site and need to add a new person to a contact, you can do this directly from your tablet or smartphone device, using the BigChange app. 

This article provides a step by step guide on how to add a new person to a contact using the BigChange app.

To enable Resources to view and edit contacts using the BigChange app, they must be given the relevant permissions to do so in the system. For more information about managing Resources and their permissions, see article Managing Resources.


How to Add a New Person to a Contact Using the BigChange App

From the "Job Details" screen (of the relevant job), select the "CRM" button.

Select "View All Persons"

Select "Create Persons"

Populate the mandatory fields, "Last Name" and "Email".

Additional mandatory fields may have been added by your System Administrator to your instance of BigChange

Select "OK" to save the new person.

The new person will now appear in your list of contacts.
