Learn how to view a contact job picture history using the BigChange app.

To enable Resources to view contacts using the BigChange App, they must be given the relevant permissions to do so in the system. For more information about managing Resources and their permissions, see article Managing Resources.

Accessing the Contacts using the BigChange App

To display a list of contacts, select the "CRM" button from the "Dashboard" screen.

Select the contact you wish to view job pictures for.

Both information and further options for the contact will be displayed.

Select "Recent Jobs" to view a list recent jobs for the contact.

Select "Pictures" to view pictures related to the recent jobs of the selected contact.

Initially, pictures from the last 10 jobs will be displayed. You have the option to increase this to the last 30 or 90 jobs if you wish.  Use the provided options to adjust the number of jobs displayed.

If you wish to view a full-size picture, simply tap/click on the image.
