The Group Job Profitability Dashboard is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the profitability of all Group jobs marked as financially complete. Financial metrics include costs, revenue, margin % and profit by job type, job category and contact, enabling you to quickly assess areas to focus on.
Using this suite of visualisations, users will also be able to quickly and easily identify amounts uninvoiced.
Fnancial data is from taken from Group Jobs marked as financially complete, including financial lines and documents captured at Group Job level and individual jobs within the Group.
To access the data visualisation dashboards, users will need to be granted permission. Currently, any user that has either the role permissions “Administer the account full access” or “Administrate web users” can enable access to the dashboards, on a user by user basis. Access is provided by the allocation of a Dashboards “Viewer” license.
To allocate/unallocate a viewer license, from the top menu select "Account Settings", followed by "Settings". From the side menu, select "Web Users" and then "Add – edit". Choose a web user and select to "Edit". From within the "Dashboard" tab , select the "Viewer" radio button.

Total Sales vs Invoiced & Uninvoiced

Total Net Sales from Group Jobs; total selling price from all financial lines on all Group Jobs financially completed that month.
Total Net Sales from Invoices; total selling price from all invoices not cancelled, raised against Group Jobs financially completed that month.
Uninvoiced; total amount outstanding to invoice. Total selling price - credit notes - amounts invoiced. If multiple invoices exist against the job, they will all be added up.

By double-clicking on the "Group Job reference" hyperlink, all the individual jobs within the selected Group job will be displayed.

Hint When selecting the invoiced and uninvoiced data bars, the click-through from the Job Data view includes invoice and credit note lines (where applicable). This information is displayed under the "Type / Document Type" column, which will show either "Invoice", "Credit Note" or "Job" where applicable. |

Total Costs vs PO Costs

| Please note, if a Group job is marked as financially completed in a particular month, any PO raised against that Group Job will also be attributed to the same month, regardless of when the PO was raised. This ensures so the chart displays an accurate representation of costs raised for jobs financially completed for that month. | ||
