Sales Opportunities Dashboard

The Sales Opportunities Dashboard shows the value and probabilities of sales opportunities within a pipeline, enabling users to determine which opportunities to focus sales and marketing activities on.

To access the data visualisation dashboards, users will need to be granted permission. Currently, any user that has either the role permissions “Administer the account full access” or  “Administrate web users” can enable access to the dashboards, on a user by user basis. Access is provided by the allocation of a Dashboards “Viewer” license.

To allocate/unallocate a viewer license, from the top menu select "Account Settings", followed by "Settings". From the side menu, select "Web Users" and then "Add – edit". Choose a web user and select to "Edit". From within the "Dashboard" tab , select the "Viewer" radio button.

Sales Opportunity Totals by Status

Users are provided with a have high level overview and easy visibility of what opportunities are in the sales pipeline and what status and stages they correspond to.

By hovering the cursor over a section within the chart, the total count and percentage of sales opportunities within each status and stage will be displayed.

ResourceUD-3.pngBy selecting a section within the chart, user will be able to drill-down into the data, which will include the following data fields:

      • Contact name (Child contact)
      • Sales Opportunity (SO) reference
      • Status
      • Stage
      • Total Gross Amount
      • Total Net Amount
      • Margin
      • Currency
      • Owner Name

 

Sales Opportunity Total Value (Customer Top 10)

Users will be able to easily identify their top 10 most valuable customers/prospects, the value of their sales opportunities and sales opportunity statuses.

ResourceUD-3.pngBy selecting a specific customer bar within the chart, users will be able to drill-down into the data, which will include the following data fields pertaining to that customer:

      • Sales Opportunity (SO) reference
      • Status
      • Stage
      • Total Gross Amount
      • Total Net Amount
      • Currency
      • Owner Name

 

Sales Opportunity Probability

Users can quantify the value of sales opportunities within each probability value configured, and the status associated, enabling them to identify high value, high probability sales opportunities.

ResourceUD-5.pngAs a parent chart, a user can filter the whole dashboard view by selecting a specific probability value. The whole dashboard will display metrics and visuals pertaining to that probability value only.


 

Sales Opportunities Contact Locations

Users are provided with visibility of the geographical location of contacts/prospects, enabling them to identify the locations being targeted / not targeted, and understand the state of opportunities within specific locations.

ResourceUD-5.pngAs a parent chart, the user can filter the whole dashboard view by selecting a specific location on the map. The whole dashboard will the display metrics and visuals pertaining to that location only.


 

Sales Opportunities Total Value by Owner (Top 10)

Users will be able to easily identify which web users are working on high value sales opportunities. By selecting a specific bar within the chart, users will be able to drill-down into the data to learn more about those selected sales opportunities.

Dashboard Global Filters

  • Job Type – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • Parent Contact – displays immediate parent of the child contact filter, Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • Contact – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • Contact Group – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • Probability – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • SO Status – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • SO Stage – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • Created Date Range – Filter
  • Owner Name – Multi selectable, defaults to all.
  • Select Value – Select from Count of Sales Opportunities, Margin, Total Gross Amount and Total Net Amount.
