BigChange Report Suite

The BigChange Report Suite is a powerful tool that allows organisations to collect, organise, and deliver data in a useful format. This guide will walk you through the features of the Report Suite, including scheduling reports, creating templates, and managing report schedules. Reports can be found by navigating to Analytics & Reporting in the top menu.

Understanding the BigChange Report Suite

  • The Report Suite allows you to extract precise information and deliver it automatically to internal or external customers.
  • You can tailor reports using filters and schedule them for automatic delivery.
  • Features include scheduling reports, viewing and editing schedules, creating email templates, and white-labeling emails.
  • Administrator privileges allow for managing all scheduled reports created by others.

Management Reports

  • BigData Report: Download raw data about journeys and jobs in CSV format.
  • Notes Report: View notes with filters such as due date and status.

Sales & Marketing Reports

  • Sales Opportunity Pipeline: Predict future sales and aid budgeting by filtering sales opportunity stages.

Jobs Reports

  • Job Report: Analyse job type, contact, planned and actual times, and durations.

  • Job Response Times Report: Evaluate planned vs actual job times and response times.

Job Finance Reports

  • Job Profitability Forecast: Estimate profitability of upcoming jobs.
  • Work in Progress (WIP): Evaluate jobs started but not financially complete.
  • Unscheduled Jobs: View jobs waiting to be scheduled or unscheduled.
  • Job Profitability: Analyse profitability of financially complete jobs.
  • Job group financials: Shows the profitability/WIP of your job groups.
  • Journey Cost Report: Understand where the money goes. View how much your fleet cost per journey, per day and over a defined period.

  • Expenses Report: View all expenses reported by your resources on the defined period

  • Financial Documents: Find and export recent quotations, invoices, P.O. etc.

  • Statement of Account: The Statement of Account details all outstanding invoices for each of your customers.

  • Job Margin Report: Compare job costs versus selling price and view your margins over a defined period.
