Understanding the Types of White Labelling

BigChange offers three types of white labelling: system-wide, user-specific, and hybrid. Each type has its own advantages and potential drawbacks, and the choice depends on your specific needs.

System-wide White Labelling

This type applies the same email address for all user accounts. It is recommended due to its simplicity and consistency. It ensures that every email comes from the same mailbox, making it easier to manage responses.

User-specific White Labelling

This type assigns a unique email address for each user. While it allows responses to be directed to the correct person, it requires individual setup for each user, making it more time-consuming to implement.

Hybrid White Labelling

This type uses a standard email address for all accounts with some exceptions. It offers a balance between personalisation and simplicity, making it a recommended option for many businesses.
