Getting Started with the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the default homepage of the BigChange Job Management System, providing a comprehensive overview of your business operations.

If you wish to change your homepage either to or from the Dashboard, navigate to: [Top menu] Account setting (icon) > Settings > [section] Website > Website Landing Page.

The 3 line menu (aka the burger menu)

The 3 Line Menu, located in the top left-hand corner of the Dashboard, is a versatile tool that allows you to:

• Toggle the full-screen view on and off, providing a more focused or broader view as needed.
• Switch between Jobs and Vehicles views, allowing you to monitor different aspects of your operations.

• Toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views in the Jobs view, offering flexibility in how you monitor your jobs.

To change the format of these views, navigate to: [Top menu] Account settings (icon) > Settings > [section] Units.

Exploring the Jobs View

The Jobs View is a detailed section that provides valuable insights about your resources and jobs. The information displayed will vary depending on whether you have selected the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly view from the 3 Line menu. The Jobs View provides:

• Information about the time spent at a job versus the time spent travelling to/from the site.

• A visual map showing the current location of your resources.

• A breakdown of jobs, including scheduled, completed, completed with issues, and late to start jobs.
• A quick overview of how many resources are available and how many are currently on a job.
• The number of jobs completed on the selected date.

Navigating the Vehicles View

The Vehicles View offers a comprehensive overview of your fleet. The information displayed will differ based on whether you have selected the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly view from the 3 Line menu. The Vehicles View provides:

• At-a-glance information about which vehicles in your fleet are currently active and which are available for job assignment.

• A visual map showing the current location of your vehicles, aiding in route planning.

• The total mileage information for your entire fleet for your chosen period.
• Instances of idling, helping you identify and address inefficient driving behaviour.
• Information about the time spent by your workforce in driving between locations.
• Any reported defects in your fleet.
• The average fuel consumption of your fleet over the selected period.
